If you submit an enquiry or register your interest through a form on our website, your details are stored in Sypher Studio (our marketing CRM). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This data is anonymised and does not identify individual users. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
We have social media pages on Instagram and Facebook. If you interact with us there, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Booking records are retained for up to 3 years for business and legal purposes. Enquiry records are deleted after 12 months unless an ongoing relationship exists. Analytics data is retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default).
Your Rights

- Request deletion of your data (where no legal obligation to retain exists)
