How often should I get a facial?
For most skin types, every 3–4 weeks is optimal — this aligns with your skin's natural renewal cycle. If you're addressing a specific concern like acne, pigmentation or dehydration, your therapist may suggest a slightly different frequency based on how your skin responds over time.
What facial is right for my skin type?
Your therapist will advise during the consultation at the start of your appointment. If you're unsure, an Express Facial is a great starting point — it gives us a chance to assess your skin properly and make a more personalised recommendation for future visits.
How long does a facial take?
Express facials run approximately 30 minutes. Luxury and bespoke rituals are 60–75 minutes, allowing time for deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam, mask and facial massage. You can choose your preferred treatment length when booking online.
Are your facials suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Please tell your therapist about any sensitivities, allergies or skin conditions when booking and during your consultation. We'll adapt the products and techniques accordingly — there's no pressure to use anything your skin isn't comfortable with.
